Hoping Patrick and Beth(GarterNovice) can do a quick pickup since he's a lot closer than me. I wouldn't even mine if he decides to keep it. Just want to know its being cared for.

Sounds like Thamnophis proximus rubrilineatus. If it actually is a ribbon of some kind.

Patrick got back to me, he's got an email into the owner and will do a pickup for me if it's still available. Hoping for a road trip tomorrow to get the little guy or at least know he's secured and safe.

Thanks for the photo, James.

No response from the owner, yet.
Patrick has heard nothing, also.
Keeping my fingers crossed that their just busy and will get back to one of us.

I saw a rubrilineatus adult male for sale at hamburg once, my heart stopped! Then, I picked him up and saw every other scale covered in scale rot. "hes a little weary from brumation" was the response I got. That was the end of that...

I also emailed the owner on this snake last month and got no reply figured he was rehomed

That's probably what's happened. I get really irritated with people who post on Craig's List then neglect to delete their ads once they pets/goods have been taken care of. It's quite aggravating. At least e-mail someone back saying they found a home for the little guy so we can stop wondering.

Mind you ... I think our classifieds could do with a spring clean too :D ... some of the ads are from 2007

Yes, you're meant to 'mark as sold', once it's gone.... I did, how about the rest of you sellers doing the same?

Yep, keep it current. Post maybe 3 months at the most.

I marked mine as sold and removed it.

I don't think we should put a time limit on it... it might take six months or a year to find a buyer. Just mark it sold once it's sold!

yea maybe a good point ... agreeing
