New Arrivals!!!!

This weekend, I met up with Shannon at the CHAOS that was the Hamburg reptile show. She was kind enough to let me adopt two GORGEOUS babies!!!!! They are as yet, unnamed (Shannon, did they already have names?) but I am in love with them already! Here they are in their "basking bush". Look how snuggly these little concinnus are!!!!!

Thanks, I love them. They seem to be much more personable than are the Florida Blues. Maybe it's just my pairs, though, it isn't like I've had zillions of them.

Since I went food shopping, I picked up some Tillapia last night. Little piggies had a very nice snack today.

Today, they had some tillapia, basked a little, then one went for a little swim. They are so much fun to watch!

I love James and Erni with all my heart. I must say, though, these two have much more personality than the Blues do.

If you had names for them, I will, of course, honor those, please do share! If not, they will now be know as:

Benny and Joon

I don't remember Shannon telling me how much they (well, at least one of them) *love* to swim! I'm not sure if it's the same baby each time, and they scoot out of the water pretty quickly, but I see one or the other of them in there once a day, wriggling about happily! Now I guess I'm going to have to build a real viv with a pond side!!!!!
