Who's seeing it? Anybody? I love Pink Floyd. Obviously, I'm seeing the Chicago one on June 9th. I got scared when I first heard the commercial on 97.9 The Loop (the best radio station ever) and I was half asleep so I thought they said June 16 (my cousins wedding which I'm skipping to go to camp, so I doubly wouldn't be able to go), but really they said on sale the 16th.
PS: Sorry if that last sentence was hard to understand, it was a major run on (my english teacher would kill me).

I do not know if the show comes to Holland, but if so I will try to go.
Are a big lover of the music of Pink Floyd.
Saw their show september 1994 in Rotterdam.
Listen often to their music.
Have fun at the gates of dawn :D

I still wish I could go back in time and see either Syd Barrett or Waters and Gilmour together.

I saw him performing Dark Side of the Moon, at our local music festival here in Roskilde, Denmark.
I was astonished from the second he went on stage untill he said goodninght.
It was undoubtedly one of my greatest concert experiences ever!
He created a mood around the music that was just uncompareable!

I was wondering if he still sounds the same as when he recorded Dark Side of the Moon. Also, is he one of those people that almost completely change the songs they sing when they do it live (that kinda bugs the crap out of me, but if he does it then I don't really care 'cause he's WAY too cool).

That is what "live" makes so beautiful... a new way of singing an old song.

Only SOME times. Most of the time though on songs I like, they make it terrible. But, one song I do like they made better (I think) was Dream On, by Aerosmith.
