Today, my shipment of 1800 pinkies and fuzzies arrived. Thank you mtolypetsupply. My Radix love you. Great customer service.
My radix were all at the window waiting for the delivery. When the driver arrived they rushed him, knocked him down and brought the box in.
The first one to eat was our girl Spot. Lots of happy snakes here.

As we speak they're at the computer making invitations. They wanted to make it a sleepover, then I reminded them they were Diurnal. A sleepover wouldn't be much fun.

I've been without pinkies and fuzzies for the last couple of month. I'd forgotten how much they love these things. Radix are aggressive eaters but this is crazy. At one point I had 5 adults all eating fuzzies at the same time. With others searching my hands for more. It was wild around here for awhile.

With Steve's collection of Radix, they won't last long.

My little collection eats around 200 pinks a month.

Not even counting Chomper who eats 4-5 mice per feeding, The BP who eats a similar amount.

After last nights feeding frenzy I may have to get a second job. They really like those mice. They seem to look at them with more intensity before they strike. A noticeable difference between them and when there eating worms or salmon. I actualy got bit last night from my biggest female. Very unlike her. She usually takes thing very gently. May daughter Gabby feeds her all the time. Last night she was a different snake when it came to these mice. Well gotta go the inmates are bagging there water cups along the bars and screaming more! more! more! Except for my little O. Twist who politely said "Please sir, can I have some more" Then there was my Bluto who threw his pinky across the enlosure and yelled

Things are sure different around here today. Not a creature is stirring not even a ....pinky. My radix are all in their hides. They've hung these cute little *Do Not Disturb* signs out. Looks like overindulgence to me. I lifted a few hides and found them sound asleep in their little lazyboy rockers.

I wonder if pinkies contain Trytophan? Reminds me of me at Thanksgiving time.


I have a invention idea. We've all seen the hotdog gun at the baseball parks. What about a pinky launcher? You could be sitting on the couch and never have to get up to feed them.:D:eek:

Here's a first time pinky eater. I was offering this to a larger of her siblings. When she grabbed it I thought for sure she would let it go, since I felt it was too big for her.

Snakes in general have a way of surprising us Steve. Those baby milk snakes all took a full size pinky as their very first meal.
