May Be Moving..

Ok last night my husband told me we may be moving.. reason being is our landlord he's a great guy don't get me wrong but he wont fix anything at all.. He has 15 houses and complains that he don't have any money to fix any of them.. The water heater is going out.. the heat and air bill here is 400.00 to 450.00 now and the toilet in the hall way wont flush at all.. the carpet is NASTY (people had standard poodles here before and didn't potty train them so we have big spot coming up ever where) and the lanolum has cost my husband to go to the er to get it out of his foot 2 times now.. There's holes out side above the garage and side of the house that look like termites are nesting in the wood.. So my husband has he'd it says were mover where too you might ask? This!!!! (IF we can get approved) it says no pets but they let me have our 2 cats.. and the fish tanks lol.. but no dogs.. We pay 800.00 a month here this is 900.00 a month.. Totally redone in the inside..

4 bedroom, 2 bath split level with a two car garage and a large fenced in yard. Nice quiet neighborhood of nice homes near a small park and elementary school. Large house with central heat and air. 2400 Sq foot.

Congrats! It looks beautiful! I hate to ask, but will you have to liquidate all your reptiles or do they not count as pets, or have I been in the clouds somewhere and you already did that? :)

Yeah 4 snakes I told the guy we had "fish tanks" usely snakes don't matter tho they don't pee and poop on the carpet and chew things up.. They said I could have the kittys too just no dogs..

and you're right - they don't usually worry about anything you're going to keep in a glass box - even better if there's no water in it

Natalie, sorry I missed that, and I'm so sorry you had to decide to put your passion on hold for a while. When the time is right it will all come back to you, and look at the beautiful gift, the new home, that you'll get to enjoy now that you are already free to do so! well just got off the phone with the guy he said well have to wait a couple of days guess the main water pipe broke and they have to redo a lot of stuff.. nice to know all new stuff will be put in lol.. still sucks i cant go see it tonight now..

Well got to look at that house in the first pic that i was just dieing to see. Nice in the inside but no living space.. It's like it was cut up 3 ways.. Found a LOT better home 3 bedrooms 2 bath HUGE everything.. Here's the ad.. We already signed a lease for it and everything so we'll be moving in like a month if that.. The homes around it is very family orientated..:D:D

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 car garage. Fireplace with 10' ceilings in the main body of the house. Split bedroom floor plan. Large master bedroom with a very large walk-in closet. Bath has his & her sinks, corner whirlpool plus a 4x3 shower. The other two bedrooms are 12x12 with large closets. Hall bathroom has a tub shower, with a linen closet in the hall. All bathrooms, kitchen, and entry have tile floors, and hardwood in the hall's. Bedrooms and living ares are carpeted. "Large" fenced back yard, 4' gate with wood deck off of back door. "Great schools," Jefferies, Carver, Kickapoo. Great insulation in attic with Low utilities.
