I feel like father goose when we're all out on the lake with our kayaks.
Every one of my kids have a vintage bicycle. You should see the looks we get when we go for a ride. "Life is Good" They'll only be little for a short time. Time lost now can never be recovered.

I told my daughter's former boyfriend (jokingly) that I don't have the usual dad's shotgun....only good for a block or so...I have a rifle with a scope...can pick him off a looooong ways off!!!!!! :cool:

Dorothy has already terrorized half the young men in town, so Sammy is safe at the moment.

She just turned 13 and is getting those brick s house curves going on.

Same here, my daughter looks like she is 17, she is only 13.5 yrs old. Tall,skinny, & lots of fullness & curves!!

My hubby is very over protective of her!!! Her Boyfriend, or shall I say... Boy & he is a friend.. he lives around the corner here, & they don't talk on phone, nor computer. They do ON occasion. He calls to make sure she is ok, when not at school.

They have been out to movies & places a few times, but there is always family there!! Also she rides the bus in the afternoon, he saves her a seat!!

The young man that is interested in my oldest has been put on notice. He's a former student of mine so I know him very well. He knows that my daughter is the most valuable thing in the world to me and that he WILL treat her with respect. Or Else.
It's the "or else" thing I love so much. I never told him what that means.
He knows my reputation. It's a good thing.

Well the saving grace for us is that Dorothy is stone cold.

One time a young fella entered our property riding a quad without permission, she chased him down and proceeded to make him give her a ride back to the house on the way out!

We caught a guy in a pickup truck stuck in our mud bog, she pulled him out of the truck and threatened to beat him down!

Word spreads fast, stay away from her she's ruthless!

Sammy takes after her mom in the temper department, hope they never gang up on me.
