If you click on the photo in your gallery, then scroll down it, you should get the option to 'Copy to clipboard' click that then click 'allow access'. When you go back to your post you can add the photo by right clicking in that post, and choosing 'paste' from the menu that appears.

Just experiment with posting the pic in this thread... if it gets messy I'll tidy it up for you. Do whatever you need to do to get the hang of it.

Hi everyone,

thanks for all your lovely comments. I believe the first nameless picture to be of a male - Jaspar, the second one is a female - Amythest.

They're very nice snakes, Claire. Are you planning on getting any more?

Garterprincess
02-04-2009, 04:27 PM
Would love to get some more at some point to be honest, just depends on space etc - reckon I can fit them in somewhere though!!

There's always room for another one! Do you have a species/sub-species in mind?

Garterprincess

Good choice (especially if you like them feisty!). I have 0.3, been searching in vain for a male all last year. Maybe in 2009!

maybe 09 will be lucky for both of us - quite like the San Franciscos as well

Yes, the San Frans are certainly a popular choice amongst us lucky Europeans who are allowed to keep them!:D
I have 2.1 and hope to breed them this year...... there was some courtship and possible mating just prior to brumation, so fingers crossed.

Sounds like you could be lucky!!! will definately be keeping my fingers crossed for you

They're hideous, or as the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary puts it: "offensive to the senses and especially to sight : exceedingly ugly". :D;)

Would you like to swap it for something a little more bland? I have a Red-Sided that isn't red sided, if you're interested?:D;)

don't think it's so weird, James
after looking at her for several month now, I find I cannot get used to that colour combination on my lovely infernalis
yes it's stunning, and when all is said and done, I prefer the warmer tones of the concinnus (lucky for Shannon)
had I a tetraenia, I might be up for trading her for some "duller coloured" snake also, possibly even an anery red-sided
