So I've been slowly working on a new home for my ribbon Sku. I bought a 20 gallon long aquarium and modified it a bit. He seems to really be happy with it so far. Here's a few pics of him in his new digs. Sorry about the water. I'm not sure why it looks so murky in the pictures.

I wish I could take credit for the idea, but I owe it all to BSol's viv that he built for his snakes. But thanks:)

He really likes havin a decent sized area to soak in. We caught him almost completely floating his entire body in it the other day when we came home.

Really nice! There's one happy snake. Do you have a filter in the water or do you just change it often? I really want to do something like this.

I like it! The way you did the water makes a nice, clean look, much nicer than my tupperware bowls.:D

LOVE IT!! :) The pump is behind the rocks? Are they just stacked?

Yeah it is. The pump had suction cups to stick it to the glass. Then we used a couple larger rocks for the foundation and stacked the smaller rocks on top of them. And thanks for all the compliments everyone:)

So we recently added a background and hood lamp for Sku's viv. I went to upload a photo of it with the additions and noticed that he was making very strange use of his favorite hide. So here's a picture of him using the sun roof in his coconut and a picture of the viv with the new background:)

Thanks for all the compliments! I'll have to post some more pictures on Sunday after Beth and I meet Steve and requisition one of his radix:) I'll be very interested to see how the two of them interact with each other:)

The little guy is very nervous about meeting his new parents. He's worried they won't like him. I told him he's a handsome young male radix and has nothing to worry about. He a good eater and always gives great sheds. What more could they want.

Steve you tell little Guido that we're gonna love him as much as we can:) And I'm sure Sku will be very excited with his new sibling. I can only imagine how boring it must be in that tank all by himself. I hope Guido likes to swim Steve cause he's gonna have his own personal pool to play in:)

He just read your post and said "Wow, my own pool!" Now he's at the window waiting for you. Don't have the heart to tell him you won't be here until Saturday. I'll just wait until he falls asleep. I'll take him to his little bad and tuck him in. He's so cute.
Everytime a car comes down the street he yells "they're here, they're here.:D
