Is this normal? Slithers rubs her face on her climbing rock after eating every time. I first noticed it after i began feeding pinkies and she has done it everytime.

It's normal. :) Saliva, blood, slime etc. provide a great surface for bacteria to grow in and the smell alone is enough reason to try to wipe it off.

Rubbing/wiping the face is quite normal. Don't worry.

All of mine do it. Another reason might be to cut down on fights. If your face doesn't smell like food it might not get eaten.

I am pretty sure they do this for the same reason that we wipe our faces with napkins..... animals try to keep themselves clean too!! :D

I don't have any garters "yet" and my gophers and kings do the same thing, I attributed it to the resetting of the jaw. Garters cleaning the face that sound likely to. It would discourage fights.

Mine do that all the time. In fact, since they're being unusually picky eaters lately, if I dangle food in front of their nose and they don't want it, they'll even wipe their face all over as if trying to get the smell of the offensive food off them!
