Nice corn Justin, your snake will remain quite close to that colouration as it grows.

Here is an example for you, CY our corn snake when he was a baby, and at one year.

The day we brought him home...

After 4 shed cycles.

The photo below was taken outside in the creek bed during the summer. He was 9 months old then.

If anything his colours deepened, (The bottom photo was taken just now)

But remain quite close to the original colours, He just shed a couple days ago, so that really bright orange will slowly fade over the next few weeks.

Very pretty Wayne.
Do you breed corns as well?

Nice new snake, Justin. It will gradually acquire the normal Corn Snakes colours as it grows.

Thanks for the comments, even though it was intended to illustrate to Justin how the colors deepened just slightly with age.

No no breeding corns, he's just a pet.

Is that a "Normal", It sure is nice, easier on the eyes. Some of those corn snakes are rather "bright"

Ah... I love normal corns.
I just bought a "frosty" candy cane corn today after a week of pulling apart the house looking for my butter. I think she found her way into the heating ducts. ):

Now having some corns, I notice they're a lot more "chill" (as my hubby Gary says) than our garter babies are. I love that there are so many personalities in the reptile world!

Congrats on everyone's baby (or not so baby) corns, and sorry to hear about Butter.
