Snow in Houston

Today we got some snow showers in Houston. It's kind of an exciting thing here because it only snows every twelve years on average. I wasn't able to get any pictures unfortunately because it's nighttime. Just thought that I'd throw that out there.

They say here in GA it snows once every 10 yrs. The ppl who have lived here their whole lives want it to snow. But I moved here 5 yrs ago. It has only snowed maybe 3 times, less than 2 inches. There has been 2 ice storms but that is it.

When we moved from Illinois back in 2004, it had snowed likes 9 inches, & all the states we traveled had snow, until we got to Georgia!! LOL

I took pics of everytime it snowed here, & the ice storms. If it snows more than 2-3 inches, everything is closed!
