Idle radixs mean trouble. Here we have a group of youth just hanging around. Just before I took this undercover photo, this group accosted an elderly female as she was on her way home from the market. They took her pinkies! The unidentified female stated "those hooligans need to get a job" It's a sad situation in this country when the brightest of our young radixs turn to crime!

They are members of the Southside Dorsals! It's a new gang. Their leaders name is Radixmaximus. He came from a broken home, he was abandoned at birth. No father figure or mother to love him. It's an old story. Without proper love and guidance he was doomed to be part of the system. He's been in and out of enclosures most of his life. Never given a chance at a normal life. It's tragic!

I blame the parents... what do they do? They have these kids without planning for the future... and then they run back to their lives and leave the kids to fend for themselves. (Shaking head) It's just a darn shame...
