Hamburg Meet-Up, etc.

Okay, if anyone is interested in meeting up in Hamburg on Dec. 6th, please post here, as an RSVP or to offer ideas, etc.

This will be my first poll, so I hope I do it correctly. :)

well id love to meet up but i dunno about that late in the day. i go down for about 8am.

meeting up at a coffee shop is what id like to do. there is a real good truck stop i used to stop at when i was on the road but i cant remember the name but its in deer lake (maybe 15 miles from hamburg id guess).

Breakfast sounds good, however, it takes us about 2.5 hours to get there. To arrive at 8, we'd have to *leave* at 5am, probably a no-go for us. If that works for everyone else, I'll give my cell number, and I can join you by speakerphone! :)

It doesn't have to be a one-thingy or nothing deal. You *could* do three - breakfast, lunch, dinner/drinks - and those that can attend can say which one they'd attend.

Good point, Gertie! It doesn't seem like there's a thundering herd just waiting to meet up, though. I figured nobody likes me, so I'd give them a way to get out of hanging with me and still meeting up with others. LOL, JK!!!! And yeah, say which one you'll attend, so I'm not sitting there waiting, looking like a puppy in a petstore window, listening to my husband tell me I have no friends, please.

I'm up for anything, so if anyone wants to do so, I'd love to meet all the cool people from this forum that can make it to the show. If we can't get a real meet-up together, I'll still let y'all know how you can spot me at the show, and please do come up and say hi!

I'm glad I have *fiends* thank you! I didn't mean to try to strongarm people into meeting me out of guilt, I just have a self-deprecating sense of humor from time to time. Other times I joke like I have an over-inflated ego. Or I'm an airhead, etc. etc. etc. If you have to ask yourself, "Is she serious???" I'm probably not. :)

hrmmm i didnt even consider the drive for some of us. i was in my lil world where its a 45 minute drive lol.

anyway lets figure out a meeting spot, whatever time is good for everyone and hopefully a place that is found on google map for people to find.


now lets go people. post up and get yer areses down here, im sick of being the only one around that likes reptiles, i have no1 to BS with except on the interweb :(

I'll be at the reptastic table most of my day, with a box of candy cane snake Xmas tree ornaments, 2 or 3 snakes, and a bunch of troublesome (as in non stop climbing out of bins) turtles that Al (reptastic creator) sells!

not taking any thamnophis for sale this time, but I do have a realllly lovely male grayband (that was supposed to be female and if no one wants it I am taking back to the seller and requesting that he trade me for an adult female snake of my choice and of equal value)

well the day is here, im up since 1am (long story short i got sleeping issues) and 7am cant come quick enough, i cant wait to leave for the show and get some good food to eat down that way.


if anyone going down wants to meet up while at the show ill be there with my girlfriend and ill be wearing my black RHCP hoodie with my ford hat :D
