When in doubt, error on the side of caution. Without knowing what kind of ink and paper, you just don't know. Worms themselves may be able to tolerate the chemicals since there systems are designed for that purpose. The breaking down of substances. The intestinal tract of a snake and especially the liver is unable to deal with a lot of the heavy metals and other chemicals that can be found in paper product. Hope this helps.

That's cool, Shanley.
I've never had great luck with worms multiplying.
Not that they last long enough to get the chance, however.

Are they just nightcrawlers, or some other type of worm? Maybe I'll put a couple big ones aside in a small container and see what I can get......

That could put a damper on my plans. Hubby has vetoed keeping anything as disgusting as worms in the fridge. He has issues.........:p

Anji, is there a packaged food that you like but he doesn't? ;)

The only food I know that he doesn't like is the date cookies his mom makes. But they don't come in a package so making them go incognito is tricky.
