Hey guys, I created a Messenger Group for Thamnophis.
mgroup81873@hotmail.com
If you already have Windows Live messenger just simple add the ID above as a 'buddy'
For those of you that do not have messenger you can get it here:
Download details: Windows Live Messenger (Version 2008) (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=7A1AAE73-48CC-4F7A-B445-0487BD5E84EF&displaylang=en)
This client will work for people with yahoo accounts. It is also much better then the yahoo version!!
If you do not have a yahoo account or a Windows live account you can turn your current e-mail address into a windows live account that you can use to access the group. Or you can simply create a new account.
Click here to do that: Get Windows Live (http://get.live.com/getlive/overview)
For those of you that use Linux Pidgin will connect to Messenger services. Home | Pidgin (http://www.pidgin.im/)
Depending on your distro of choice use the distros package manager to install pidgin. Most of these new distros have it installed by default.
I have added the few messenger contacts I have gathered up from this site already.
I think this would be pretty cool for us all to have and use :D Hopefully others think it is a good idea and join in.
I am willing to "support" anyone who has issues or questions regarding the setup and installation.
Hopefully I will see a bunch of people in there soon!!!
Cheers!
