I don't mean to bring up Bob in so short a time. But it's not really about him.
Why the heck does this guy want to be associated with Bob? By calling them "Cool Blue Garters"??

Bob always claimed that he was selling the blue garters "for a friend". Maybe this is the friend?!?

He claims he is selling them "for a friend"?? Really? I have a super hard time believing that. *rolls eyes*
Anyways. This guy seems to only be selling one pair?
I think Udo is right in that he is just borrowing the phrase to catch peoples attention because they know what Bob's snakes look like.

If you look at his website he does plan to offer captive bred babies next year. Perhaps this pair just didn't work out for his breeding program? As much as I don't want to see pugets in every pet store for $20, if it keeps people from grabbing as many as they can from the wild to sell, then mass captive breeding will have to do? Eventually there will be no profit in grabbing the wild caught adults and it will stop? Only way out of this that I can really see being feasible. Having the law crack down on commercial collectors is good, but really, how well do our laws work here in the states?
