Keep rubbing the sides of their mouths on rocks, their water dish, etc...
Any idea why they do this?
Thanks!

I have noticed this behavior at both instances: after feeding and before shedding.

You can observe this behavior in any situation.
It is how to clean your mouth without hands!:p

And probably to help realign their jaws and get everything back into place.

Realigning the jaws seems easy enough without doing that, they don't seem to even start rubbing their face until they're finished doing that. It really is to get rid of slime and saliva, and whatever has stuck to it.
Garter Gertie is right, all snakes do this to realign their jaw after eating.

they do a yawning motion to realign the jaws....rubbing is usually to get food and stuff off their face or start the shedding process...
