I Hello, have 3 females thamnophis sirtalis tetrataenia:). I do not know their date of the birth:(. I would not for early to allow them to the male and have the question. What I can get to know that the female is ready already become the mum?

First one have 0,90m length
Second one have 0.70m length
Third have 0.70m length

All of those snakes appear to be of breeding size, especially the first one. However, keep in mind bigger snakes will make bigger litters.

I agree, they are most probably large enough to mate now. Perhaps hold off on the 0.7m females, but mate the other one.
Of course, by next Spring they will be bigger still!
