My very first Garter was a male Florida Blue.... way back in the Cretaceous period when the World (and I) was young.:D

I try to remember to take photographs of all my snakes, but when I'm looking through my photo album, it's always clear that I don't have enough photos of my parietalis. Especially not from the first year I had her.

Maybe there's a practical reason, she's never been very social. ;)

You're right, Rhea, nowhere near as blue as similis, but they do get bluerer than mine.

James, what she lacks in blue she makes up for in personality. May not be BLUE but her markings are gorgeous.

What then is the bluest of the blues? This is one of the three I want to get; either a Florida Blue, a Puget, or a whatever. Whichever one is the bluest.

And James? Yes, you need to put up more pics. I live for you guy's pics. I can't get enuff o'them.

my male florida blue and my hypo florida water snake actually came from that guy! He's very nice.. and he even told me that he would hold thhe bluest one pictured for me and sure enough, he's blue alright :o
