 Well, it seems that my radix has finally developed a healthy taste for food. Up until 3 feedings ago he would only take one food item at a time and ... this item had to be delivered by airplane (ie feeding forcepts).
Three feeds ago he finished his pinky and straight away searched for more. I offered the usually ignored second offering and ... :D he ripped it out of the forcepts!!
He has kept this hunger going since (he even had three items the second time) .... and - the MOST amazing part - four days ago he finally discovered that the food bowl actually contains stuff worth eating .

Yes J!!!! Good going!!! Oh, yeah, good going on your part too, Greg! LOL
Now all I can picture is Greg over top of the snake tank, pinky in the forceps, making airplane noises as he swoops the food down at J.... LOL

Lol ... it was exactly like that Lori ... although it used to turn into heavy cursing when he used to act as if the second food item considered him as prey rofl

It told you at the time that he was a 'forceps feeder' Greg. Now that he's 'normal' can I have him back?

Mmmm .... I think I have to work on him yet mate ;) .... still have to conquer his fear of the bathtub and train him not to soil the repticarpet as soon as I change it .... oh, and his need to loose himself behind the background  .... give me 10 years or so and I'll have him fixed ;)
Congratulations, Greg. Hope it continues to do well for you.

Great news!!
Good job, J!!!:)
Now my mission is to get Chili to come out and show herself once in a while, without me having to physically drag her out from the tank to make sure she's still alive!!:D
