Wow, what a neat way to look at flowers!!
Is that a Clematis in the first pic?............looks like the one I had that, unfortunately, did not survive the winter.:(

yes, you are correct! i don't even know the names of them all but those are indeed clematus (sp?) the last two pics are marigold and there's a daffodil in the mix too. here's a wildflower shot i got while herping today:

That one is a yellow flag Iris. Grows by the water, usually.:)

Yellow flags are gorgeous. I know where there's a little patch of them growing wild by my house. Next year when I get my pond in, I'm gonna hijack them for my water garden!

i found some of those yellow flag irises bu my creek!!!!!!! they must have been blooming there 4 years but i just never noticed them!!!!!!:D
