That was loads of fun-- thanks for the tour!! But I want to see the albino checkered's enclosure better-- got any pics??
Personally, I think it's quite rediculous for you to even have a bed... sheeesh... can't you sleep outside and then have more room for snakes??!! :D:D

Yeah, this was the project that "inspired" my husband. HAHAHAHAHA!:D:D:D
We've gotten as far as " You know, we should really buy some styrofoam and try to make one of those thingies for the snake tank........"
End of project.

I almost stopped to pick some insulation board pieces out of someones recycling bin (they had it out at the road to be picked up by the recycling truck), but I was too self-conscious....I was thinking the pieces would make a great snake background....I'll just have to ask my husband to save scraps from any job sites where they used some.

Hey. Here at work, we get tons of styrofoam squares-- some of the distributers stopped sending coolers for vaccines and such, and send boxes lined in like 12 x 12 styrofoam squares, maybe an inch thick. I'd be happy to start saving them for anyone who wants them.. will get pics next time we get some in if ya want!

scavenging is very green, you know . . .
Justin
your room looks great
and it's nice of your brother to lend you some of his real estate
I've built my own loft bed three times already (different addresses) and it's not that hard
you can definitely do it

It is, but it may also be illegal, depending on local legislation. :)

Yeah, it's illegal in the UK.

Hmm, hadn't thought about whether it was illegal or not...I don't think it is here.

Here we just have yard sales, so you can scavenge and pay for other people's garbage.
What fun!!
