oh and there doesn't seem to be any swelling or lumps either.......

okay i don't mean to sound gross here but that looks like what some of my garters do when they feel like pooping and really don't have much poop to get rid of. I see it sometimes, they decide they need to go, squeeze out a little bit of juice and just keep squeezing. Trust me I know the difference between this and constipation LOL how gross...

Your picture is blurry but I am almost positive that that is your snakes cloacal opening showing and not a hemipene. Feel around near his vent, make sure you don't feel any lumps. And look for uric crystals at the vent opening too. When the snake is relaxed you shouldn't be able to see any pink at the vent. if you do, it is either swollen or there's something stuck. BUT, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

there is deff. no lumps, bumps, clogs, crystals, inpactions, or anthing of that nature, so maybe it was just straining really hard, but why would it pop out and go back in like that, I've never seen it before.....

well evrything is fine with the snake and I haven't seen it since so maybe it was just for the lack of a better term pooping............;)

That look like prolapse to me and you should have a close look to it because it may return!
If keeping conditions are a little dry it could cause more sesious injuries.
