Well, I am glad to say that I have 6 new arrivals at my house (I think i broke a record there)

It would have been two, but Chris from reptastic was in need of some help parting with some of his snakes and so i purchased his female pine, coastal plains milksnake, adult female eastern garter (no pic yet) and a young male water snake for just $150. It was a fantastic offer and I am so happy to have obtained these 4. Thanks Chris, the new additions are well loved here.

In addition, I picked up a SHOW STOPPING pair of young stillwater bullsnakes. The male is a normal, but is so high yellow and ridiculously high contrast that I mistaked him to be hypo. The female is a hypo with an extreme amount of orange. All of this means that their grandchildren will be some amazing high orange super light hypos. and now for the pictures!!!

baby coastal plains milksnake, she's in the dullest phase of shed right now though so her color looks awful, I can't WAIT to see her when she sheds!

Very nice looking snakes Shannon....I've always had a thing for bulls and pines. They've just got such an attitude to them and they're so pretty. Hey, you got these at Hamburg???? Didn't happen to see the Lancaster Herpetology Society table did you? I was manning the table from 1 'til close. We'll be at the March Hamburg as well, if you make it you'll have to stop by and say howdy.:D

Feeding time for your collection must take all day..........!!:D

well yes actually it does. thats why i dont feed everything on the same day! heck, it takes me two hours alone to feed all the garter babies. i do that thursdays and sundays. the big garters eat twice a week whenever i see theyre about to break through the glass and attack me... and the larger mouse and rat eaters eat on saturday. the baby corns, rats, kings, etc, eat when I feed the adult garters, because i am using the same size pinkies and fuzzies.

I just got done feeding about 20 something snakes myself. Had a good feeding night. I dont think anyone turned down their meal, and my checkered garter and ribbon snake each ate their pinkies with very minimal guppy scenting, should be on unscented soon.
Love the pine, milk and bulls- very nice, especially all of them:).
I would like a couple nerodias(water snakes), but they arent legal where I live believe it or not. They are considered potentially destructive if they escape.

Ooh... That's a northy?
How unfortunate for you. XD
Water snakes are one of the only snakes that I have dubbed, from experience, TRULY nasty.
Or full of attitude, depending on how you look at it. :P
