ok so i was looking on loris thread at all the tarantulas and ive decided i want a pair, the Mexican Fire Legs are really pretty would they be good? any information would be great, other really pretty species?

our pink toe is getting prettier all the time
it's not just the pink toes, but also her glossy fur is really dark and has a reddish sheen to it

Red-knees are great....I would start you off with a rose hair, however if you feel you are ready for a brachy that would be the one.

but those greenish and reddish tones on the tarantula - those are really there
the greenish is iridescence

a little skittish, but not at all aggressive
a little bit of urticating when spooked

lol females live up to 20 years even more tho... but thats anything in the T world.. female outlast the male by far.. guess to reproduce as much as posable..

very nice photos everyone, makes me cant wait for spring because when i do my local garter hunting i also like to bring back any cool spiders i find and attempt to raise them, so far no luck because i dont know what they eat.

Why not? I think they look cool.
I love purple. Maybe you'd be more interested in green tarantulas (if there is such a thing) since that's you're favorite color.
