Hamburg, PA show

The Hamburg, PA show is coming up next weekend....anyone going? My herp club ( Lancaster Herpetology Society) is actually having a table there, so I'm going to be there in the afternoon helping out with that. I know this show is usually REALLY full ( I jokingly call it the "cabin fever" show)...guess since it's the first of the year or that it gives people something to do when it's not so nice outside. I'm also doing a presentation on T.s.sirtalis for the club tomorrow.....kind of nervous about it, but it should be cool.

Good luck on your presentation, Roy! Don't be nervous, I'm sure you'll do an awesome job. If you get nervous tomorrow, just picture everyone naked with snakes nibbling their toes... :D

Not going to be there, wrestling districts, as a freshman its my responsibility to go and wrestle even though i don't stand a chance against seasoned juniors and seniors trying to get college scholarships because they know their grades aren't gonna cut it. but anyway, have a good time Roy.:)

Thanks for asking Rhea. It actually went really well....all things considered. The projector broke down, so I had to do the presentation with everyone crowding around the laptop. I was kind of nervous and know I messed some stuff up, but everyone at the club said I did a really good job....and the one event coordinator even asked me to do another presentation sometime. Also one of the members asked if they could have a copy of my presentation....he's a school teacher who's really into snakes and he was going to possibley use it for a class. So yeh, it went really well and I think when I get back from Manitoba in the spring, I'll do another one on my trip to the Narcisse garter dens.
