Thing, one of my parietalis females has a weird bulge at her vent

is this something I should worry about?
she's acting normal
the area does not appear to be sensitive

It's not a hard bulge is it? I'm just thinking of Miriam's uric stone...

no
it's not hard and it doesn't seem to bother her when I put pressure on it
the other female parietalis has it to a lesser extent and only on one side

Well then, maybe those are just her "hips" as Stefan says. LOL :-)

Hmmm....not sure, has she always had this or did it just appear? I'd definitely keep on eye on it and if it gets irritating or gets worse, I'd see the vet about it.

it's a good thing, I've cut down on their food
let that be a lesson to you motherly types
there is such a thing as too much food
I have been guilty of it
and we're still recovering
