my brother and my bro's girlfried were over the other day. the girlfriend asked to hold my garter and i said yes, but when she put it back in the cage she accidentally put her under the lid and it sorta pinched my snake. now i had just gotton my snake so i dont know how long its been since she last maulted or shedded, so this mite just be shedding. some of her scales are loose, is that because of her shedding or is it an injury? thank you

if its clear-ish or white-ish its probaly a shed or it could just be some scales that got knocked off nothing life threatening though should heal you can neosporin it if you want

no i cant, but i think some scales just got nocked off...but i have another q, what does garter snake pheses look like?

It looks a bit like bird poo. Not quite as runny.
