Where? if its on the scales then its most likely scale rot which can be caused by the enclosure being to wet or humid, to fix this i usually temporarily house them in a shoebox tub with paper towls and put neosporing on the infected areas, and sometimes when snakes are scared the regurgitate

If the only problem is that he regurgitated some of his food, then it is most likely just from handling him too much or stress. I wouldn't worry unless it happens more frequently. Are there any other problems with him?? Skin problems, sluggish behaviour etc??

It's possible that it was just too much for him to digest, but I'd definitely keep an eye on him if he's sluggish, and constantly seeking the heat- he could very well be sick. If he doesn't improve soon, a vet visit may be a good idea.

sounds kinda like hes gunna shed a lot of times they wont eat when there shedding and they soak a lot and are sluggish/like to hide, and the regurgitation may just be stress, are its eyes blue/cloudy?

if you try to much it will get stressed and that will be the reason it wont eat
