Moe says howddy

hello everyone... i just registered and i got my snake, moe, yesterday. He's a baby garter... cand anyone give me suggestions on how to take good care of him? petco gave me a care guide paper...but is there anything else i should know about moe?

hello...moe says hello too...but how can i tell if its a boy or a girl? i mean, i've read online about determining thier sex and i'm almost positive its a girl because of he skinny tail and pluss shes very docile, but how can i tell for sure?and also how can i tell how old she is? shes a foot and a half but shes as thick as a pennsil. and one more q, what is the best food for he/she? right now i'm feeding moe feeder fish

As to feeding, variety is best, try fish, pinky mice and occasional earthworms.
