After finding out Raphael was a girl, I decided she needed a new name, new pics, and a new thread. :)
So meet Raven!

I have a few brumation questions. As far as I know she's never been brumated, I adopted her about 6 months ago from a friend who couldn't keep her anymore. That friend got her very cheaply at a pet store, and was told that she was a boy....making me think that breeder didn't know that much.
She hasn't eaten anything in about a month. I've only fed her pinkies/fuzzies as my friend did, she was also told Raven had been raised on pinkies. I can tell she's skinnier, I keep offering her a mouse every week but no go. I'm not sure how I would brumate her in the apartment I'm in now because our indoor temp is about 72 degrees, and besides my fridge there is no way to keep her at a colder temp. Would the fridge be okay? Would the constant opening and eating bother her? What I've gathered about brumation is that she should be at about 40 degrees or so for a couple of months. I think that's about our fridge temp, but I will put a thermometer in there to be sure.
Also, I should say that she's been acting normal, basking for a while in the day, exploring, and sleeping in both her cool and warm huts. It's about 80degrees on the warm side, and room temp, maybe a little colder, on the other.
