Am I overfeeding him?

I have an adult plains garter gets two fuzzies a week and still wants worms etc, am I over feeding him?
Always seems to be looking around for food

I just realize that I have no idea how widely metabolic rates in snakes can differ
my Sammy got obese on less than that
her cage mates do fine on one fuzzy per week
these are 2.5 year old ca 26" females

He think it's a male doesn't seem fat nice and thick looking so I don't know I'll post a picture of him later so you can determine from that.
