This one was found today in a parking lot. Nice female Corn Snake- Elaphe guttuta:

There's very few wild caught that I do keep. but yes Reed. This one is a keeper.

Thanks everyone. To answer a couple of the questions. Light from the flash refleced in the eyes...not shedding. The colors in the photo reflect just how she's colored. It's not that often I see one colored this nice.
