PICS...Rook grew lots more!

I have been really slakcing in Rook pics cuz we had babie gerbils born a few weeks ago and I have been taking pics of them instead lol, but on Monday Rook grew another 1 1/4 inches. he is 13 weeks old and now 10 1/4" long

Maybe it's just me, but I'm watching for growth on that index finger nail as much as I am on Rook! I'm guessing your not a guitar player, Shayna!:D

lol I actually just trimmed my claws this morning, they were gettin too long to be manageable :p I didnt totally clip them off of coarse, just a trim! lol

I think an acrylic overlay would help prevent breakages in natural nails of that length. Just my thoughts on that!:D

I've done the odd nail in my time. I'm quite a talent when it comes to nail art. You should never judge a book by it's cover, Anji. There's more to me than Thamnophis.com!!:D

In truth, my wife has very long natural nails much like Shaynas', which she protects with an acrylic overlay. I have painted them once or twice for her, as I'm a bit 'arty'. No need to worry about me!:)

Good, and if I ever get over the pond on a vacation, I know where to get MY nails done!!;)

I don't know anything about gels etc, but I can paint some lovely patterns or pictures on nails, better than some of the stuff I've seen shops turn out. As I say, I'm a bit 'arty'. My avatar is one of my works.

I think we've turned Shayna's thread into something entirely different than what she intended, so I'm going to let the Rook admirers have their say again now!!! lol thats ok, my lfe has been so crazy stressfull latey with work(manager in hospital, I have had to take over with not one single staff member to help me, so I have been working 9-6 shifts with NO help and NO breaks whatsoever for the past week and I am working this weekend, then monday/tuesday I have to pull more 9-6 shifts) I was litterally at my breaking point today so trust me, I needed the diversion and amusement!
