It's been a while, but I'll be checking back in a little more frequently over the next several months. It was difficult to stay offline during my recent training, but it was necessary. I still don't want to become too distracted because I haven't finished the PhD yet, but it's drawing closer. There is A LOT of work still to be done. Anyway, I just wanted to say hello, and if there are/were any really significant threads that needed my attention in my absence, please send a PM to alert me. There were apparently 7,807 new posts during my absence, so I'm just going to mark them as read and start from here. Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well and has had a productive summer. I had two litters of pickeringii while I was gone, but I kept my concinnus in brumation throughout the summer in order to cut down on maintenance/work. This means they'll breed out of cycle this winter, but that's cool. I'll post pictures when I have more time. Until then... take care,
Rick

By the way this is "thesnakecatcher293" i had my name changed.

Welcome back. We missed you. You will have a lot of reading ahead of you. Might I suggest not reading all the posts in one sitting. We would not hear from you for at least a couple more months if you were to do that! :)

Welcome back Rick, I know I missed reading your posts here. The others here were very helpful to a lot of people, but a little more knowledge and help is always appreciated. Best of luck with your studies and PHD. Again, welcome back Buddy.

Hi all,
It's nice to see so many familiar names on the forum and so many new ones :). I'm already leaving again tomorrow for a short hunting trip (4-5 days). Then I'll check back in. I'm mainly reading the "Urgent Care" section, so if anyone needs anything in particular and can't find help elsewhere, be sure to send me a PM. Best,
Rick
P.S. It's also cool to see how many young snakes have "grown up..." particularily "your lord and master." ;)

It's been difficult. :D I bet he doesn't know whether to laugh or cry when he's reading through some of the discussions we've had. ;)
