Mom dug up hibernating garter snakes. She hit one with a shovel. He has low mobility in about 5/6ths of his body and he keeps opening his mouth. His tongue flicks are random and sometimes his tongue doesn't fully go back in his mouth.He's also got jagged/shaky head movement and seems to have a bad sense of balance.He hasn't moved in over 30 minutes.
