The reason they are late I supose is that I did not brumate at all, hadn't seen them do anything but was pretty sure as the mom was huge!
loads though!!

The biggest Garter I ever had was a Florida Blue sirtalis, about a hundred years ago. I forget now just how big she was, not as big as some of the snakes I've seen/heard about on this forum, but big never the less.

Well they are eating already, thats a good start!!
I have split them up into three tanks, put 3 pinkies and about the same quantity of trout in each tank (chopped up of course and mixed) watched for about 20 minutes, nothing...
went away and left them for a few hours and its all gone!:)

and this one of tonight, feeding a mix of cut up worms and cut up pinkies, this little fella just sat in the food dish until he was so fat he looked like he might burst!

he/she is, I think nearly all are eating now, I swapped them about abit today, put all the 'fat' ones together, thin ones together and the rest in a third tank...even the thinner ones are not that thin!!

Looks like they going to do really well, Inge. Have you thought of a price for 1.2 yet?
