I want advice on a tank setup

I wanted to know how people have their snakes setup. Is it correct that you can house two together? I've heard that from two people but i just wanted to make sure that was correct. I currently don't have garter snakes but I do own a ball python, a Kenyan Sand Boa, and a Rosy Boa. I also want to know if the tank should have sticks to climb on or not?

Yes, you can house two together, just be careful when feeding. They enjoy climbing and basking, so sticks and a heat lamp would be used. You should also provide hides. They also enjoy burrowing.
