Hi Zigmund, and welcome to the forum.:) For now, just keep trying, they'll most likely eat once they're settled in. Keep us posted though.

Put the guppies on a small dish, so they splash a little. This movement usually triggers them.

Welcome to the forum :)

Congrat's on the new ones. I agree with the others advice. Leave them live fish in the water bowl, it usually gets their attention.

Howdy and welcome Zigmund. Sounds like a lot of good advice so far. Do you have all three together? I know I had to seperate the good eaters from the bad, 'til I got them eating. The good eaters.....well ate REALLY well and kind of "bullied" the others from the food. I know others have had luck with keeping groups together, the others stimulating the non-eaters to eat, but seperating them definitely helped me. Good luck with them.

if they are housed together be careful of "food fights" I have to separate all my babies when it's feeding time (with over 20 baby snakes it can be a real headache but it's needed)

Hi

I have recently been blessed with 40 eastern babies!!!!!!!

Feeding them is quite a chore.

I find that there are some who will eat guppies... some who will eat pieces of minnow (frozen, thawed, cut into tiny pieces)... and some who will eat small wild caught worms (we call them dug worms here, but they are young nightcrawlers - do not feed trout worms, also called red wigglers).

All of the babies are offered all three kinds of food... but there are definately differences of opinion among them as to what they like... and the same one that chooses a worm piece today, will choose a worm piece three or four days from now...

So I would try all three foods sources, to see what they prefer.
