If you breed an albino plains female with a double het for snow male what will the babies be het for or will some of the babies be albino and snow

you will get albinos and normals. and all will be less than 50% het anery which is a very very slim chance

normal dbl het snow is actually het anerythristic and albino. when you have an albino that is het anerythristic it is het snow. snow is the combination of anerythristic and albino

I don't really think anery has anything to do with a blizzard, doesn't make sense, but if I was into radix you would know for sure. I don't throw things to the wall and see what sticks like some people.
