Le Ann met up with me this weekend and i met her wonderful family...and we did a small snake trade. I have 3 cute little radix and 2 fantastically calm oregon red spotted garters. had to take a few pictures! 11120111211112211123

Sweet! I love them all, but I've got to get me some nice concinnus in the future for sure!

Very nice. That Le Ann is a peach.
I believe those radixes have some T. radix Ranch blood in them.

Love the look of those T. s. concinnus (Red-spotted garter snake)

Thank you Ashley! We met Ashley and her equally nice family (seems like we all went on a field trip that day!). Steve, you are correct. Mom is one of the females you gave Erin (her name is Beauty) and Dad , Augie, ("was", unfortunately) the offspring of Erin & Guido; the pair of Radix you had me deliver to Rhea (Drache). So these babies are definitely from the T. Radix Ranch. They are beautiful! The Concinnus babies are from my pair that I got at the Reptile Expo in White Plains, 2 years ago. They had 8 babies and all of them are so chill and ravenous eaters. Mom and Dad have a very bright light green dorsal stripe and the babies look just like them.

Ashley was kind enough to give me a Dekayi and a ring neck, which I have only had one of each in my life. We just don't find them very often here, though they are indigenous to the region. They are so sweet, the Dekayi loves to be held. Connor has named her Phoenix and the ring neck is Eva.

Ha. I was expecting garters. That's really cool. I've always wanted to try keeping ringnecks..
