I bought this snake from some ghetto shop and I have no idea what it is. Can you please identify it?

Interesting. I was going to say water snake (Nerodia sipedon) but don't think so now.
What State are you in?

Can't tell. Got any better pictures? Or, google Xenochrophis flavipunctatus and tell us whether it looks like your snake.

Agreed! I think you are correct sir! Looks like a yellow spotted keelback (xenochrophis flavipunctatus)
