I hear alot of individuals say "oh I had a baby garter pass from FTT" I know it seems self explanatory but does it have signs? Is it recognizable before its too late, is it just part of nature?

My experience is that those snakes are just the part of the litter/clutch that isn't meant to make it. There are usually good reasons (developmental issues. birth defects, genetic issues) these snakes don't make it. I used to fight to help them survive but now understand it's part of the whole cycle of life. The strong really do survive.;)

FTT sounds like a label for the unknown. The more you know, the less you come across it. Some people see it in every snake they touch; while more experienced people only see it in animals whose disorder is to minute or undetermineable within reasonable means to diagnose.
