She had to have just shed I found a piece of retained shed at the very, very tip of her tail. I didnt want her to drop the tail so I left it. That shot is from a camera phone and her colors were still pretty vibrant.

They don't drop their tails like lizards. You could grab her and just run some water and your hand along tip of tail to remove the retained shed. You might get bit but then you would have joined the "other club".
