I'm Amanda and I have several different types of snakes but have recently acquired a baby CB red sided California garter. Super cute little guy and I'm happy to have found this forum. :)

Nice to have you with us.
T. s. infernalis (California red-sided garter snake) is an awesome snake. Here's a link to the forum care sheet which is always a good read. Feel free to post any additional question to the forum . When you have the time we would love to see some photos of your snake.

My little infernalis will often do the periscope up out of the substrate. Very cool. Invariably when I don't have a camera to hand.
