Any particular subspecies or T. sirtalis?
I have a male T.sirtalis tetrataenia living with a radix, they do fine. I often find them in the same place. The radix is a little larger than the tetrataenia but not significantly bigger. I don't have problems feeding both of them in their viv.
I used to have female T. sirtalis parietalis and T. radix living together until the parietalis died recently. They were together for a couple of years without any problems other than one bite while I was feeding when the parietalis decided to try to steal fish from the larger radix girl... The parietalis was a bit dim, but no damage was done.
I was thinking about getting a friend for my girl (t. radix) another female. I think I will stick with another radix. Thanks for your help guys.

Radix are a good choice. Once you've had a radix you've been spoiled for any other species.

Truer worlds were never spoken.
Not that I'm partial to T. radix.
