The snake appears to me to be well under weight(skinny). I'm thinking T. s. parietalis - Red Sided Garter
At first I thought it was a ribbon snake due to it being so thin.
That snake could use some good meals for the first couple of months to get its body weight up. A parasite check is probably called for also.

Before or after a meal the snake is thin and needs to put on some weight.

Due to its size I think there may be a problem with that enclosure. Looks to me like that snake might be able to get its head in a ventilation slot. The lid might also have the same size slots and possibly some round holes that could be dangerous.
I would suggest a larger living space. Thamnophis love space.;)

if I can know the sex, I would take a couple in a terrarium 150 * 50 * 30

No concrete and a hide with some vines and leaves. Different tank maybe. Those concrete chunks look like they could be painful.

the gobio gobio contains thiaminase?

Sorry for missing this post.

Gobio gobio is a member of the Cyprinidea family which includes carp, minnow and goldfish. With that information I would say they do contain thiaminase and should not be used as garter food.
I couldn't find direct information that they do contain thiaminase but I didn't find anything that said they didn't. It's best to error on the side of safety.
