Hello all,
my name is Maria, I'm citizen of Russia but I live in Odessa, Ukraine.
I am a passionate snake fancier, two my friend and I have about 60 species (and about 150 specimens) for three. It's difficult to say how many of them are mine because we often club together to buy a pair of snakes and because I haven't counted them for a long time :)
I love garter snakes for their beauty and activity in terr. Unfortunately it's not easy to get garter snake in Russia (and even harder to do it in Ukraine) so list of my Thamnophis is not so long yet. Now I have:
T. marcianus - breeding group (female + 2 males) and some youngth
T. sirtalis parietalis - young pair
T. atratus atratus - young pair
T. proximus rubrilineatus - young female
T. ordinoides - young female
It's the first time when I registered on English-speaking reptile forum and I hope you'll excuse me for mistakes - English is not native for me.
I hope we become friends!
