The Ranch is in Stitches

I had put the word out on the street that the Ranch was in need of a few suture packs. I have a few expired packs in stock but wanted get a few more. A box was delivered today. These boxes are mostly full of unopened suture packs that don't expire for years. Some are good until 2018. I will never use most of these so...........
