Rodent Pro screwed my order up. I ordered 500 pinkies not baby quail and rats. I'll call them tomorrow to see what the deal is.

Rats and quail as a Christmas present. Cool. You do know they aren't going to want them returned. Bet you could sell them to local pet shops and make some Christmas cash. That is if you don't have a use for them.

Cool, I hate it for them. I might know some people who are more into the larger snakes.

Well I just got off the phone with Rodent Pro and they told me to keep the wrong order and my 500 pinkies would be in the mail.
Everybody makes mistakes and it was no hassle getting it right. I can say I was real pleased and will definitely do business with them again.:)

Did they offer you a discount on the messed-up order? They should have eaten the shipping for their mistake. Just my opinion.

No more charge. They apologized for the screw up and said they would get the pinkies in the mail asap. Getting the pinkies cheap too, .12. I'm pleased. I would do business with them again.

Glad to hear they're correcting the mistake. I've ordered from them in the past and was very pleased with everything. If you can't find a buyer for the rats/quail, you might be able to donate them to a local nature center or animal rehab.

Great idea, Mike.

I wish I lived closer... I have a couple lizards that would love those quail and a python for the rats.

I might take a quail or two and dissect them so Turtle can have a boiled liver treat for Christmas.

I've never ordered by mail, always pick mine up from the shows. There's always a show within 3 hours every few months.
